THE FUTURE STARTS NOW !!
One & All is a newly formed project that is aimed at reducing if not eradicating the drop-out
rate as well as the fail rate in varsities country wide!!
We believe that the high rate of drop-outs is more often than not attributed to the fact that
students choose wrong courses, or rather courses that are on contrary of their interests and
charecters, due to lack of information about the course whilst in school.
We have taken into consideration that all institutions make an endevour to supply
academic information to schools and we believe that that is not enough as they do not supply
detailed information about the coursres...they are just doing marketing any way!
The One & All student society is not there to do marketing for the institutions ,but to rather assist our future
leaders to make the right choices as far as courses are concerned. We are here to pave the
students' carreer path so as to bring about a solution to a problem that has been affecting the
nation for decades.
Think of your first day at varsity, you had no idea of what modules were you going to do and how
many were they. All you knew was the name of your coures. You had on idea of the challenges
that were there. You are not the only one who had a problem of this caliber, some encuonterd
some difficulties and discovered later that they've actually made the wrong choice, as a result,
they've ended up changing courses (which means waste of time and money) and some dropped out
completely.
We are therefore concerned about the future of our nation. We are aiming at saving both students
from forming part of the statistics of drop-outs and billions of rands from being wasted...
This project is established a student from the University of Johannesburg soweto campus.
